We hope you absolutely love your products, but it if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.
Change of mind:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Faulty or damaged Item:
If an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. We will require you to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by Mama and I. Upon receiving the returned item, we will provide a replacement of the same item and express ship this to you. Alternatively, once received, we can offer you are refund.
*All order discrepancies such as damaged, faulty or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.
